• Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
• Ensuring all Business needs on Functional Training programs are met.
• Travelling to various Gujarat branches for training purpose.

• Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.

• Incumbent will be required to facilitate as well as design content.

Area Manager

Account Executive - NACH Executive

Desired Candidature:
• ECS/NACH/Direct Debit related work experience
• To manage day to day banking operations and updating Tally Data Entries of Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales and JV Entry and keep the Tally Data updated for the accounts department
• To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
• To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

District Manager

The DM is the overall in-charge of the 5-6 dedicated branch offices, to which all the branch managers report to him. He is responsible for planning the district's business as also the implementation and attainments of the overall business targets. The DM spends most of his time in the field to establish and maintain good practices in executing the business and achieving the results. The DM is also responsible for reporting to the HO on various matters as appropriate. He will visit Branch office and will conduct surprise branch visits every day (covering one branch in a day). At least two surprise centre visits will be done for each FO once in a month, and the report will be sent to the State Head / Area Manager. The responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Branch expansion as per business plan based on proper market survey and analysis of areas business potential.
• Managing disbursement targets and client acquisition targets.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of HO policies in branch both in letter and in spirit and in case of any deviation rectify the same at the earliest.
• Ensure FO recruitments as per the annual Business Plan
• To ensure productivity levels are achieved as download by the HO from time to time
• To ensure all processes laid down by HO are followed regularly by the branches
• Ensure budgets are maintains and expenditures are minimized where ever it is possible
• To ensure unproductive staff and activities are identifies and eliminated
• To ensure portfolio quality of his region remains under control.
• Delinquency Management as laid down by HO from time to time.
• Any early indicators of issues are intimated to HO immediately
• Immediate action is taken to prevent fraud and default.
• Preventive and proactive measures are taken to ensure delinquency is kept under control
• Ensuring 100% center attendance is maintained In his region
• Ensuring proper documentation is done with all the clients and there is no miscommunication or commitments is made with the clients

• Provide help-desk and on-site technical support of hardware and software.

• Ensure the anti-virus software is always up to date and sharenecessary information with users regarding potential risks.
• Track and maintain accurate inventory of all of computing equipment.
• Provide instruction to staff on the use of computer applications andsystems.
• Ensure routine backups are performed as outlined by the Backup &Restore Manual.
